Front snap (Apcha busigi)
THEORY:
White signifies innocence, as that of the Beginning student who has no previous
knowledge of Taekwon-Do.
STANCE:
Walking Stance (Gunnun sogi)
Length: 1.5 shoulder width measured from big toe on front foot to big toe on rear foot.
Width: 1 shoulder width measured from centre of instep to centre of instep
Weight: 50% front leg, 50% front leg
Front foot: Pointing to the front
Back foot: Turned out no more than 25 degrees
Facings: Half, full, reverse half
Other: The front leg knee is bent so the kneecap is over the heel of the foot.
The back leg is locked straight.
The front foot determines the direction of the stance.
