Grand Master Choi, Jung Hwa was born in 1954 on the Korean island of Cheju. He began to practice Taekwon-Do at the age of 7 under the guidelines of his father, Gen. Choi, Hong Hi.

Grand Master Choi, Jung Hwa has thought and popularized Taekwon-Do all over the world. He is known to be the person who introduced and developed Taekwon-Do in several Eastern European countries - Poland, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Romania, the ex-USSR, as well as North Korea.

Grand Master Choi, Jung Hwa follows staunchly his big life goal – to save the authentic Taekwon-Do the way he learned it from his legendary father and to transfer it in his ideal pure form to the future generations all over the world.
